Regenerative Permaculture Farm and Garden podcast 6, part 3 crock pot permaculture, the real design that matters
Part 3 of a permaculture design idea, designing permaculture like a crock pot. Design slow, low, steady and build complexity over time.
Tonight we look at a missed part of permaculture design. We are good at the big picture of design. But the stage of design that happens after the master plan to a mature system is not talked about very much. Design on paper is a fantasy, because it is not more than an idea. Implementation of a regenerative or permaculture design from paper to
a living system is just left out of the conversation normally in permaculture. Since there is no permaculture fairy that will sprinkle permaculture dust on a raw piece of ground and the living ecological system just happens.
Part of a great design has to also have a implementation design plan, goals or schedule, what ever you want to call it. Without this, a system will not have a lot of flow in the nurturing of a infant system. Without a real plan of the implementation design, the fun building of a system will turn into chaos and stress.
